If we haven't made it clear lately, we LOVE fall! And we are trying to enjoy this season as much as we can: going to the pumpkin patch, playing with the leaves in the park, cooking and baking using seasonal products, reading books about autumn... Besides all of that, having a 22 month old, we keep looking for ways to keep him entertained that, at the same time, are educational. We have been making crafts, using coloring pages, and, as usual, dancing and singing a lot.

Por si no lo hemos dejado muy claro últimamente... ¡Nos encanta el otoño! Y estamos intentando disfrutar esta estación a tope: yendo a por calabazas al "pumpkin patch", jugando con las hojas en el parque, cocinando con productos típicos de temporada, leyendo libros sobre el otoño... Además de todo esto, al tener un nene de 22 meses, estamos siempre buscando actividades para tenerle entretenido y, a la vez, enseñarle. Hemos estado haciendo manualidades, coloreando dibujos otoñales y, como siempre, bailando y cantando un montón.
Hoy queríamos compartir estas canciones y rimas, en castellano e inglés, que hemos estado cantando durante los últimos días para celebrar esta estación tan bonita. ¡A cantar!

We are back at our music classes and this song by Rebecca Frezza is one of our favorites from this term´s collection. If you are a good singer, it can be sung in a round. Not happening over at the Monkeys, at all!
Hemos vuelto a las clases de música y esta canción de Rebecca Frezza es una de nuestras favoritas en la colección de este trimestre. Si se os da bien cantar, se puede cantar a dos voces. ¡Nosotros no nos atrevemos!

Not the best version, but... Abuelita used to play this song to Mama Monkey when she was little, so we were super happy to find it and being able to play and sing it with the Little Monkeys!
No es la mejor versión, pero... La abuelita solía cantar esta canción con Mamá Monkey cuando era pequeña, así que nos pusimos muy contentos cuando la encontramos para poder cantarla con los monetes.
